Service Description

This class alternates between the reformer, chair and the cadillac/trapeze table. Clients should be familiar with the the level 1 and 2 exercises on all pieces of equipment.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that if I must cancel a scheduled appointment or class, I must notify Full Circle Pilates 24 hours in advance or I will be held responsible for payment. Full Circle Pilates will work hard to stay on schedule. We respect and honor your time. We ask that you do the same. We allow 2 emergency cancellations per year.
