Tower/Cadillac

Service Description

This is a great class for those who aren't familiar with the cadillac/tower, for those transitioning from PT and/or private sessions, and for clients looking for a deeper connection to the Pilates system to better their mat work and equipment skill sets. The Tower/Cadillac system offers a wide range of exercises from gentle exercises for rehabilitation to advanced exercises such as inversions and hanging work.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that if I must cancel a scheduled appointment or class, I must notify Full Circle Pilates 24 hours in advance or I will be held responsible for payment. Full Circle Pilates will work hard to stay on schedule. We respect and honor your time. We ask that you do the same. We allow 2 emergency cancellations per year.
