Service Description

This 2 hr workshop will cover basic standing, supine, prone, quadruped and side exercises using the oov for facial release, balance, strengthening and flexibility.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that if I must cancel a scheduled appointment or class, I must notify Full Circle Pilates 24 hours in advance or I will be held responsible for payment. Full Circle Pilates will work hard to stay on schedule. We respect and honor your time. We ask that you do the same. We allow 2 emergency cancellations per year.
